We need to remember with sincere respect those who paid the ultimate price for the freedoms we sometimes take for granted
We need to keep in sacred remembrance those who died serving our country.
We need to never let them be forgotten.
We need to take a few moments from our day to honor them, and to thank their families for the incredible sacrifice they endure everyday.

Thank you for participating in this year's Farmington Memorial Day Parade. We hope that you and your organization enjoyed the event. We had our largest turnout ever for the parade, and served over 700 hot dogs at the American Legion afterwards.
Tomorrow evening, our Parade Committee will meet to wrap up, debrief, and plan for next year. We welcome any comments or suggestions you would like to share with our group that might help improve us to the event. Please send them to email@example.com. There are only 364 days until the 2016 Farmington Memorial Day Parade. We hope to see you there next year!
On behalf of the American Legion Post 346 and the Xemplar Club, we thank you for helping us honor our Veterans.
